At The Beauty Vault, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales — Beauty & Personal Care Items Due to health and hygiene reasons, all opened beauty products and used hair tools are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thebeautyvaultshop.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and issue

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Items Not Received If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
